Joining Us For some contracts we work with outside, experienced, IO psychologists on an associate basis. If you would like to join our list, for the chance to work with us on future jobs, please forward information about your specialty along with your resume and consulting fee requirements. Use the contact page - the link for which is at the foot of this page - and we'll review your submission. Once accepted on to our associate consultant list, if we feel a project is suitable, we'll get in touch. Note that the minimum qualifications we require are slightly different for different countries. For example, for UK qualified psychologists we look for a masters degree in occupational/industrial/organizational psychology, as well as the completion of any futher stages in the chartership process. For US psychologists we look for a doctorate in IO psychology or its equivalent, as well as any appropriate state licenses.
